Our services
- Production of prototypes via stereolithography on the basis of photopolymer
- Additive manufacturing via laser sintering of plastic powder based on polyamide 12 (PA 12)
There are many three-dimensional printing processes. This also opens up a multitude of different materials, accuracies, surfaces, etc., which can be specifically selected to meet your requirements. The common feature of all additive processes is the layered structure of the workpiece. Here, layer thicknesses of a few hundredths of a millimetre can be realised.
Do you have questions about the procedures? We will be happy to advise you!
Processes/materials
Stereolithography (STL/SLA)
Datenblatt SOMOS 7120
- Epoxy resin/photopolymer
- low moisture absorption
- high heat resistance
- high rigidity, high accuracy
- extremely thin wall thicknesses possible
- good machinability (sanding, painting)
Selective laser sintering (SLS)
Datenblatt Feinpolyamid PA 2200
- high strength and stiffness
- good chemical resistance
- high long-term stability
- good resolution of sharpness of cut and attention to detail
- wide range of post-treatment options (e.g. metallisation, stove enamelling, vibratory finishing, dip dyeing, bonding, powder coating, flocking)
- biocompatible according to EN ISO 10993-1 and USP/level VI/121 °C
- certified for food contact according to EU Plastics Directive 2002/72/EC (excl.: high alcoholic beverages)
Datenblatt Alumide
