Fast and precise to the final component

The mechanical pre- or final machining of prototypes and small series is often the final step in our production. In this process, production-relevant allowances are removed and the final geometry is produced on the basis of your quality requirements as well as drawings and data records.

For CNC machining, we use our modern 5-axis machining centre. In addition to metal castings made of aluminium, steel or special materials, vacuum castings made of plastic and foam models can also be machined.

To ensure that we meet your requirements for surface quality and dimensional tolerance, we support you in the design of your castings in line with production requirements and machine them with our high-precision machines.

PARASOLID, IGES, DXF and STEP are available as interfaces for CAD data transfer.

We can process components with a maximum size of approximately 500 x 280 x 365 mm.

Our project management provides you with comprehensive support from the idea to the finished part. Thanks to the many years of experience of our employees and our in-house production, we can assure you of the highest quality of your machined investment casting and injection moulding parts in the shortest possible time.
