There are many three-dimensional printing processes. This also opens up a wide range of different materials, accuracies, surfaces, etc., which can be selected specifically to meet your requirements. Due to the short process times, these methods are ideally suited for the creation of a single part or prototype.
No matter whether you already have a finished 3D data set, want to make constructive changes to your component or plan a completely new component and want to realise this with 3D data, we are happy to support you with your problem.
The mechanical pre- or final machining of prototypes and small series is often the final step in our production. In this process, production-relevant allowances are removed and the final geometry is produced on the basis of your quality requirements as well as drawings and data records.
We carry out numerous heat treatments to modify the mechanical properties of our castings. Depending on the material and requirements, we will be happy to advise you on a suitable heat treatment.
Investment casting is a primary forming process for the production of castings, which have to meet the highest demands in terms of dimensional tolerance, accuracy of detail and surface quality. It is therefore suitable for the production of single pieces and small series and is often used in the prototype sector.
The production of plastic parts in our company is done by vacuum casting in silicone moulds. With the 2K-PUR casting resin systems, small series with quantities of 5 to 200 pieces can be realised. The spectrum of material properties and surfaces ranges from high-gloss, transparent and flame-retardant to structured.
You need a reproduction or a spare part, but you don't have a 3D data set? Depending on the data situation, we can create a three-dimensional view of your component from a 3D drawing or an old part.
