Frequently asked questions

Welcome to the FAQ section – here you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our offering.

01

You don't have a 3D data set, just an old component or a sketch? We got you!

We can help you with reverse engineering. Depending on the data available, we create a 3D model based on your drawing or use optical scanners to digitize your component. With the help of reverse engineering, we are able to digitize even complicated bodies with free-form surfaces. This gives you an exact 3D representation of your component on which further design changes can be made.

02

Are you planning to produce components but don't have any 3D data yet?

Then you are at the right place with us. In addition to preparing existing CAD data for precision and sand casting, we can also take on new designs for you. Furthermore, we create CAD data based on existing technical drawings or sketches.

03

How quickly can parts be delivered?

The delivery times vary depending on the manufacturing process and the material you desire, as well as any additional requests such as mechanical post-processing or surface treatment. Plastic components from the printer can be delivered in as little as two working days, while components made of polyurethane may take approximately five working days. Your aluminum alloy components will be ready in 10 working days, while those made of steel alloys or other materials will take around 15 working days.
